We were first approached by our clients when they first obtained planning for the demolition and construction of their dream home, they had previously had the current properly demolished and site cleared to enable us to have a blank canvas to begin with.
Navigating tricky ground conditions we installed a staggering 34 piles to create the foundation for this large family home. Set across three floors this home is one to impress with our clients taking their time to instruct the right interior designer to put their visions into motion for their dream home.
Sourcing materials from markets and across the globe, we were presented with some niche and bespoke finishes to take from plan to real life.
Our team of skilled contractors were able to execute this to a tee which brings us immense pride with such a bespoke design and vision provided.
This home boasts seven bedrooms four with ensuite bathrooms, two family bathrooms, a gym including sauna, first floor utility room, playroom, snug, two offices with one doubling up as an additional bedroom, living room, ground floor WC, boot room, generous kitchen diner, pantry, utility room, ground floor shower room with second WC, Plant room and double garage.
The home is heated by an Air source heat pump and under floor heating set across two of the three floors. An MVHR system keeps the air temperature and humidity regulated across the home, with an air con unit installed across three rooms to help in the hot summer months. The roof hosts a large array of PV panels linked back to a battery in the plant room.
Spread across three floors this home comes in at an impressive 7700 square feet.
