Situated within the avenues in a Hertfordshire town, we have been working with our clients for the past 6 years to help bring their ideas to life. Being introduced through a mutual contact we helped our clients through the process and onto site some 5 years later. 

This home is a site to see and one of our Favourite projects not only for the design but the passion of our clients to not let anything stand in the way of bringing their vision to life. 

Looking somewhat modest in size from the front this home spans over three floors and an impressive 5000 square feet, with some showstopping features. 

When you enter this home, you are greeted with amazing triple height hallway with quite possibly the biggest single rooflight we have installed to date and a highly bespoke staircase detailed to perfection. 

Across the rest of the home you will find, five double bedrooms one with ensuite, a staggering master suite including a dressing area, vaulted ceilings and an ensuite with double height shower area topped off with a full size skylight flooding the area with natural light.

Two further family bathrooms, a laundry room which doubles as a nursery, a large plant room and storage area, a snug, Utility/pantry room, Large open plan kitchen/dining and family room.

We have also included a secluded art studio which is positioned at the end of our clients garden with a secret courtyard for inspiration.

The home is finished externally with a Japanese charred cladding (shou sugi ban) and a carefully selected brick to complement the dark cladding and glazing. 

Boasting some impressive renewable features, this home is serviced by an air source heat pump, MVHR across all three floors, underfloor heating across two floors and an array of solar PV panels fed back to a battery within the plant room. 

We have carried out an extensive landscaping scheme working with some bespoke products most notably, corten steel planters, corten steel bespoke coffee/dancing table, handcrafted concrete bench by our team on site, a rainwater harvesting tank, a specially designed lighting scheme which is smart controlled and an amazing eye for design by our clients.
