Project 3107

Situated on another prestigious private road in Hertfordshire again working alongside the team at UCHI Architecture we were tasked with a project at a home with a bit of history on its road. Being previously extended by past owners we stripped back the ground floor to its bare bones to enable us to carryout structural work to create new spaces and make the home flow better. 

We worked with the change in height and installed two feature internal steps bringing you into an impressive kitchen/dining and living area with a separate utility room. Faced with a wall of glass showing off an incredible garden accessed via a flush decking structure bringing the outdoor in. 

The home is serviced by a traditional boiler and cylinder with underfloor heating across the ground floor, A complete AV package was installed to the ground floor and externals.
