Using the project brief
When you send the project brief, your details are emailed to our team so we can reply and discuss your project. They pass through our website host, Vercel, and our email delivery service, Resend. They are not kept in a website database. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your initial enquiry.
If the brief cannot be sent, the page offers to prepare a message for you instead, handled through your own email provider if you choose to send it.
Website services
This site uses Google Fonts to display its typography. Your browser requests font files from Google’s servers. Our website host may process technical request information needed to serve and protect the website. This site has no marketing analytics or advertising pixels. The home page includes a Vimeo project film. It starts silently in the background where automatic playback is supported. With reduced motion, data-saving settings or very slow connections, a still photograph is shown unless you choose to play. Vimeo receives the technical information needed to serve its player and film. We enable Vimeo’s Do Not Track setting, although essential player cookies may still be used. How long we keep your details
If your enquiry doesn’t lead to a project, we delete your details within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your project records for at least 6 years after completion, or 12 years where the contract was signed as a deed, to meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Some of these rights depend on the circumstances. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
