The thinking behind the space
A better flow for family life.
The ground floor was stripped back for structural alterations, allowing the layout to be reworked around the existing change in level.
Two feature steps lead into a kitchen, dining and living area with a separate utility. Full-height glazing and flush decking draw the garden into the experience. Ground-floor underfloor heating and integrated audiovisual systems support the finished spaces.
